Hi, i’ve seen this site just now. The movie Barefooted Gibong which starred Shin Joon Hyun and The Last Present which starred Shin Hyun Joon of Stairway to Heaven… really great..a tearjerker movie. But i wonder if those are still in crunchyroll. Someone told me that crunchyroll was removed all the dramas snd movies on their site. The other movie is Babo or it is Pabo (Fool) starred Cha Tae Hyun and Ha Ji Won. Try to watch this movies.

I see this is an old post but I just found the website this week. The movie you’re talking about is Millionaire’s First Love. A very sad but very good movie. I cried so much I ended up with a sinus headache the whole next day but can’t wait to watch it again. I watched it on youtube but my son-in-law is bringing it up with him next time they come up (he’s from S. Korea and has lots of movies – fortunately most are English subtitled).

hi kreah!!! hope you still remember me! college was so busy that’s why i haven’t been doing a lot of internet surfing.
anyway, i was just bothered by this korean movie i saw like last november or december 2007 pa ata. napanood ko siya sa qtv, the sister channel of gma. what’s bad is that i didn’t get the title of the film.
the film was a love story. it was set in a village that is quite of a seaside.the story was that of a couple who are in their high school years. one scene i remember is when they we’re at the guy’s seaside house, the guy’s grandfather told them about her first love. he mentioned that the guy’s grandmother isn’t really his first love and that his first love will still be always his most loved of all even if he married the guy’s grandmother. and like up to that moment, he still wonders about where his first love is.
and then on to the love story of the main couple, if i remember it right, the guy discovers or the girl reveals that she is actually sick and that she will die soon. the guy on the other hand promises while being soaked in the rain that he will never love anyone else more than he loves the girl just like his grandfather. that’s all i kind of remember.
weirdly, when i just asked this friend of mine who is kind of a kdrama enthusiast as well, after describing the film to him, he said that it was actually reaired in qtv channel 11 last night jan 27, 2008. whenever i ask him for details, it seems that the movies we were talking about are indeed the same.
all i can remember is that the girl kind of looks like the girl from sweet 18 kdrama series and the guy kind of looks like the guy from sassy girl chungyang.
do you think you know what this movie is?

I got it from ebay about two years ago… nawawala nga yung class a na dvd ko, yung copy naman na nasa bahay medyo wasak na (waaah!)… no luck finding a replacement. meron nito sa crunchyroll.com saka sa youtube din yata.
Eto yata ang sinasabi sa akin ni Whoah eh.. na si kang Dong Won narelate sa anime… Inisip ko n ung duelist kaso di ako sigurado.. San mo ba pinanuod? sa DVD din o youtube? love ko si Kang Dong Won.. Cute niya kase.. heheh..
I watched already a lot of Korean movies, but I have no time to make a review for them.. so sad..
Girl, you really should watch Duelist with Ha Ji won and Kang Dong Won. That’s were I fell in love with Dong Won, even before I saw temptation of the wolves. He was so graceful there he could have been straight out of an anime.
