A.k.a. Romance of their Own, Temptation of Wolves was on my watch-list last February, but I ignored the movie because of its title. Reading the title tells me it’s a sort of action story, or a thriller, a suspense….that this movie is something brutal. But three weeks ago I was proven wrong after I finally decided to watch the movie. Why? Because Kang Dong Won was there.
The first Dong Won movie I have watched was Too Beautiful too Lie, and I liked it. I researched some movies and dramas of TBTL stars and I found this Temptation of the Wolves of Dong Won.
At this point, I am warning you that this is a typical Korean story with illness thingy and love triangle, but it is still a must-watch because of a certain TWIST in the story-another korean sort of story-telling. Oh! Expect for punches and kicks, too.
In this movie, Dong Won plays Taesung, a famous gangster who bended his knees upon seeing his long lost Nuna. If you know what Nuna means then definitely you got a certain idea how the story proceeds. Tsk Tsk Tsk. I don’t know what it is when I watched the movie but after a few scenes, I finally understood, and wished that I could be his Nuna.
Dong Won shows a different attitude in TOWS–sweet and humurous–totally different from his cold character in Something About 1%.
Other stars of the movie are, Lee Cheong Ah as Han Kyeong and Jo Han Seon as Ba Hea Won.
Lee Ki-Woo of A Love to Kill and Sad Movie is also one of the casts. Ki Woo, and Hea Won is really hot handsome guy, while Cheong Ah is cute. Watch out how these two kissed!!! Heheheh
